Shipping policy

Everything listed on this site is physically in stock in the United Arab Emirates. We do not take orders for parts we do not hold.

Standard delivery — AED 35 flat

AED 35 anywhere in the UAE, whatever you order. There is no minimum and no threshold to hit. Orders are dispatched within one business day and arrive in 2–5 business days.

Hoods — quoted separately

Hoods are too large for standard courier and travel by dedicated transport:

• AED 350 — Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, Umm al-Quwain
• AED 550 — Abu Dhabi, Ras al-Khaimah, Fujairah
• Free — collect in person from us in Ajman

A panel that size needs handling a normal delivery van will not give it, and that is what the rate covers. If you are collecting, bring a vehicle that can carry a full-size hood flat and we will help you load it.

Hoods are prepay or collection only

We do not offer cash on delivery on hoods. A full-size panel on a dedicated courier costs us the same whether it is accepted or refused at the door, so we ask for payment before it leaves us. Pay by card at checkout, send a bank transfer, or choose collection and pay in person. Cash on delivery remains available on our smaller parts.

Collection

Free, by arrangement. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 544 2433 to agree a time before you travel.

Outside the UAE

We do not ship internationally as standard. If you are elsewhere in the GCC, message us and we will tell you honestly what is possible and what it would cost.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging before you open it and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy.
